Amy Sip

Founder and Principal

As the owner and founder of ASip Consulting, Amy is committed to delivering effective and efficient Human Resources solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. With three decades of experience in industries such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Human Resources, Amy has honed her people-first approach. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients, ensuring they benefit from her deep industry insight.

Passionate about learning and continuous education, Amy holds an associate’s degree in Banking and Finance from the U of M—Crookston and a bachelor’s degree in business Administration with an emphasis in Human resources from St. Cloud State University.

Amy is involved in the Greater St. Cloud community and always looking for ways to stay up to date with the latest legislation and best practices for businesses. Her current professional affiliations include:

Lauren Sip

Marketing Assistant

Lauren Sip is a recent graduate from Minnesota State University – Mankato. She graduated in the spring of 2024 with a B.S. in Marketing, Cum Laude, and currently works full-time as a Leasing Manager, helping manage college apartment complexes in Southern Minnesota.

Outside of her full-time position, she works with Amy to manage the ASip Consulting website, social media pages, and create marketing materials.
